National Eyes Caring Day

6th June , 2018 was the 23rd National Eyes Caring Day, According to relevant statistical analysis, there are three characteristics of the age of myopia is getting younger and younger, with more and more people and more and more degrees. According to incomplete statistics, the number of nearsighted students is about 30%, junior high school students are 60%, high school students are 80%, and college students are 90%. However, in terms of total volume, the number of myopia in our country has exceeded 450 million, and the problem of myopia is serious.

Today is the National Eyes Caring Day, so I remind everybody to treasure your eys.Now let me introduce something should be remembered to treasure our eyes especially to the stdents.

First of all,it's important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you can't put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye damage during the ten-minute Break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I Say, you can keep on owning good eyesight.

The eyes are the windows of the human mind, protecting children's eyesight is an urgent task. Children's study pressure is very high, There are several reasons for causing myopia:
