JS company team activities
In 30th june, the international marketing division to promotes teamwork, we held outdoor activities in Tianbao ancient village, we intelligence games, team games, washing vegetables, burning fire, barbecue.
The significance of team activities is:
1. The team has a goal-oriented function. The team spirit is cultivated, so that the employees work together and twist into a rope to work toward a goal.
2. The team has a cohesive function. Any group of organizations needs a cohesive force. Team spirit communicates people's thoughts through the cultivation of group consciousness, through the cultural psychology of habits, beliefs, motives, interests and other forms formed by employees in long-term practice, guiding people to have a common sense of mission, belonging and identity. In turn, the team spirit is gradually strengthened, resulting in a strong cohesive force.
3. The team has an incentive function. Teamwork relies on employees to consciously demand progress and strive to be in line with the best employees on the team. Moreover, this kind of incentive is not simply based on material, but also recognized by the team and respected by other employees in the team.
4. The team has control functions. Individual behavior of employees needs to be controlled, and group behavior needs coordination. The control function produced by the team spirit is to influence the norms and control the individual behavior of employees through the influence of the power and atmosphere formed by the team. This kind of control is not a hard force from top to bottom, but from hard control to soft internalization control; from controlling employee behavior to controlling employee awareness; controlling short-term behavior of employees to their values and long-term goals control. Therefore, this control is more lasting and meaningful, and it is easy to get into the hearts of the people.
